Joe came to our home to install a kitchen faucet, and we are so glad he did. He answered all questions and concerns with direct answers while explaining all procedures. He went through our house and checked plumbing outlets and even corrected a item, that he brought to our attention, that had been installed years earlier incorrectly. WOW- We have not seen customer service like that in years!
