“As always, Kevin – and really the rest of the team – was most professional in my winter inspection today. He pointed out a few issues that I needed to be aware of, changed the filters and encouraged me to replace a failing part – that hadn't completely failed yet, but could 'anytime' based on the low numbers his test produced (he showed me the picture of the meter with the low numbers). He had the part on the truck, so I gladly had him replace it – He's a great tech and I sincerely appreciate Dependable Service!”
“My AC went out the morning before I was scheduled to leave town for many weeks and Dependable was able to send out a technician with an hour of my phone call which was greatly appreciated! The technician, Kevin Rodgers, was able to quickly identify the problem in addition to helping us resole a secondary problem with a clogged drainage line. Kevin and his assistant professionally fixed both problems and were very knowledgeable and courteous and gave a full explanation of everything they saw and did as the job progressed and also gave me good maintenance recommendations.”

“I had a technician come out previously which I had little confidence in, and he didn't seem to actually fix the leak I had at my rental property. He even indicated it might not be resolved, based on the work he did. So months later the HVAC appeared to still be leaking, but this time it was much worse. Dependable sent a new technician out that seemed to have a lot more experience and confidence that the issue could be resolved, but would require more work/expense. I appreciate him referring me to the Manager/Owner to talk through my concerns, and promptly scheduling the needed repairs the following week. I'm happy to work with an honest company that will make things right and will use you again in the future. Additionally, my tenants at the house indicated how much time Kevin had worked on the solution, and I do appreciate all his effort. Thank-you!”

“Matt and Kevin went above and beyond during a routine HVAC servicing. By chance they found major issues with our old water heater that could’ve turned disastrous at any moment. Matt and Kevin finished their routine maintenance and stayed to help make sure my family and house were safe, drained the tank and even helped arrange our shed for the placement of a new tank. Matt came back the very next day to do the new install and everything looks and runs great! I can rest easy knowing everything is installed correctly and safely. I’m forever grateful they saved our house from potentially huge damage and their kindness and generosity of helping me in a time of need!”
