She moved out of state so I needed someone reliable and trustworthy to get the work done before closing. They were quick to respond and very efficient. They were always understanding of what my needs were and didn’t hesitate to help. They had to go to the house several times and they always showed up on time, did the repairs and cleaned up great when they were done. You never would have known they were there if you didn’t know. We had a leak. Austin came out, surveyed the problem, designed, fabricated, and installed a solution in a totally professional manner. We switched to Dependable two years ago, making major updates (including treatment) to our water system and to our HVAC systems. Everyone we have dealt with has exhibited a professional level of knowledge, skill, and care. As a retired Director of Engineering in the industrial air and water treatment field, I know competence when I see it.

Jeff came out to diagnose what was wrong with my water heater. He not only fixed the problem without a costly replacement but located my water main (under a ton of mulch!) and gave me a thorough tutorial on the workings of my system. Best value for the money in a long time!
