They were very professional when I called them. They were very prompt, as they fit me into the schedule today. Kevin was very thorough & informative on my problem. My dryer was overheating, so I was interested in getting my dryer vent cleaned. Did a very thorough job, from the INSIDE, gave me all the lint that had balled up & blocked moisture & air from escaping. I have scheduled a meeting for tomorrow to talk about a new water heater.

Zech Zimmerman and Derek Eifert installed a new AC unit and insulated ductwork in my 120-year-old family home. It was obvious these two men were very knowledgeable and took pride in their work. When we had a problem with our fireplace, they were able to send a service person within two days. His assessment was quick, accurate and he provided several options. After we ordered the work, they were there the next week and fixed our fireplace. The service people were quick, efficient, friendly, and gave us ample indications of when they would arrive.
